Vonterra is one of the newest subdivisions in Zionsville, offering its residents direct access to over 125 acres of parks, trails, and natural lands; and yet is within a short walking distance of the historic Zionsville Village. Vonterra’s location also offers residents convenient and quick access to both I-465 and I-65.
Currently, there are 103 unique, single-family homes in Vonterra, which were constructed in three phases between 2017 - 2022.

In Vonterra, nature is your neighbor! Our neighborhood is directly connected to Zionsville’s newest park - Overley-Worman Park - where visitors have direct access to the banks of Eagle Creek, paved walking/biking trails, nature trails, mountain bike trails, frisbee golf, a new playground, and a stocked fishing pond.
Take a short walk on the Zionsville Rail Trail over the historic “100-Foot Bridge” and you’ll land in the much-loved Starkey Nature Preserve, where you’ll find some of the best nature trails in all of Boone County.

Nature not your thing? That’s ok! Vonterra is a short walk from Zionsville’s historic downtown Village where you can find many options for both casual and fine dining, boutique shops, and numerous events and festivals throughout the year on Zionsville’s quaint Main Street or in Lions Park.
Feeling like some world-class seafood? If so, check out Noah Grant’s on Main Street. Need a beautiful flower arrangement assembled by local artisans? Visit Blooms by Dragonfly. Good bottle of wine and a freshly cut steak? Check out Hopwood Cellars and Moody’s Butcher Shop next door. Village offers something for everyone.
